Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Clicking on the product you want to buy will bring you to that products page. Here you can choose the quantity you want, and depending on the product, the size or color. After you have decided on these specifics you can click on the “Add to Cart” button and this will put the product into the cart. If you wish to continue shopping you can return to the cart later. Once you are on cart page click the “Checkout” button to continue the payment process. Here you will enter Shipping address details and/or Billing address details. To finish the process choose your payment method and click the “Place Order” button. You have now purchased a product.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
To cancel an order, call 0871222312 within 2 hours of placing the order.
Be sure to give us the order number, the item(s) you purchased and your order total. We will confirm your cancellation prior to refunding your credit card.
Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order by clicking on the “Order Tracking” link at the bottom of the page. You will need the email you gave upon the purchasing of the product and the order number, this can be found in the purchase confirmation email, or if you have an account it will be in your orders. Note that the Order Number is different to the Shipping number.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to buy products from DYEBOO. However, it would be beneficial for you to have account as you can track past orders and save your shipping address to speed up the process next time.
How Can I Return a Product?
We gladly accept unworn or unused items purchased exclusively through DYEBOO.com. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for return approval. Item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. A refund is processed upon receipt of the returned item.
NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable.
Complete the return form included on your packing list and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from the package.

Ship package using carrier of your choice and keep the tracking details for your records. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
